Fitness became a vital part of my life during my anorexia recovery. I once believed that being “skinny” would bring me happiness, but I soon realised that true well-being comes from strength, confidence, and education. During my dance training, I discovered how gym work could enhance performance and mental resilience, leading me to pursue fitness coaching. Now, my goal is to educate, support, and empower others to build healthy, sustainable habits that last.
