“I have just recently started attending the hit class in the village. After the first week I felt I had struggled a bit, however, Olivia said a lot of people feel like this. 4 weeks in and I feel like I’m getting more used to the moves and enjoying the class. Olivia is very good at giving different options for the different exercises so I can do the easier version if I feel the need. We decided that a weekly video chat was the best option for me and i downloaded the fitness app that was recommended.
